Iran and Austria are in the process of writing final agreements for the continuation of scientific and technological cooperation

Professor Habibi, President of University of Khawrazmi, as the leading house or scientific cooperaton with Austrian universities, said: "Iran and Austria have again agreed to continue their scientific, academic and technological cooperation until the end of 2022."

In the working meeting of Iran-Austria Academic Cooperation, co-chaired by Dr. Alizadeh and Dr. Margit Vogovic, Head of Strategy and Coordination in International Relations, Ministry of Education, Science and The Austrian Inquiry (BMWBF), various topics were signed and discussed by the highest officials present at the meeting.

In this regard, Professor Habibi also stated: "The two sides agreed to support the implementation of projects in the second phase of the IMPULSE program with regards to the capabilities and financial facilities of both sides; to provide facilities for scientific research visits by universities, research institutes and science and technology parks of our country for Austrian researchers and vice versa in the framework of Mobility programs; and to establish a union of university presidents of the two countries; to hold an Iran-Austria Science Day until the end of the year was the roadmap for cooperation between the two countries.”
